The Sauder Business Club of Vancouver is pleased to invite you to our second skills development workshop on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. This workshop will teach alumni how to create presentations that convey the intended message, while also leaving a positive lasting impression.

Learn the five steps to building and delivering presentations that make a lasting impact. Dive into the theory and practice of improving your presentation design by applying the principle of focus, explore tactics for displaying tables and charts, and arm yourself with three quick tips on visual design. Partipants will have the opportunity to apply the techniques presented by working through two sample exercises and the workshop will conclude with a Q&A period.

Speaker:	Nik Laufer-Edel
	Sauder Alumnus Nik Laufer-Edel is the Chief Marketing Officer of Matygo, a learning technology company. Nik specializes in product design, user experience, marketing and presentation design. He teaches presentation skills at UBC and in corporate settings, and works on the TEDxVancouver committee, helping speakers convey their big ideas.
